These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“User”) and
Hangzhou Halou Tongxue Network Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) regarding your access to and use of
Plan Together on Google Play (global Android edition),
package name com.haloutongxue.reminder, outside mainland China.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms do not apply to mainland China editions or other platforms with separate terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You may sign in with email or Google Sign-In on Android. Guest access may be available before you link an account. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Your account is for personal use only and may not be sold, transferred, or shared for misuse.
We may suspend or terminate access if we detect fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms. You may delete your account in the App (Profile → Delete Account) or request deletion at https://global.haloutongxue.com/account-deletion. Deletion removes associated cloud data after any legally required retention period.
2. The service
Plan Together provides planning and productivity features on Android, including tasks, schedules, reminders, habits, focus sessions, statistics, shared plans, and related tools, as described in the App.
We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the service. Material changes will be communicated in the App or by other reasonable means when appropriate.
3. Subscriptions and Google Play purchases
Some features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase processed by Google Play Billing (managed via RevenueCat where applicable).
- Prices, billing periods, and trial terms (if any) are shown on the Google Play purchase screen before you confirm.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled according to Google Play’s cancellation rules.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions (or the equivalent Play Store settings).
- Refunds are handled under Google Play’s refund policies; we do not control Google’s refund decisions.
Purchasing also means you agree to Google Play’s applicable terms. Entitlements may take a short time to sync after purchase or restore.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or infringing purposes;
- Interfere with servers, reverse engineer beyond what law permits, scrape, or attack the service;
- Spam, harass, or misuse sharing / invite features;
- Upload content you do not have rights to share.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for content you create or share.
5. Your content and our IP
Content you create (plans, tasks, notes, images you upload, etc.) remains yours. You grant us a limited license to host, sync, and display it solely to operate the App for you and people you share with.
The App’s UI, branding, code, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit them without prior written consent, except as allowed by mandatory law.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the App, including interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control (network providers, device issues, force majeure, etc.).
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under consumer protection or other mandatory laws in your jurisdiction.
8. Children
If you are under 13 (or the higher age required in your jurisdiction to agree to online terms without a parent or guardian), you may use the App only with parental / guardian consent and supervision.
9. Changes and termination
We may revise these Terms by updating this page and adjusting the dates above. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations or operational / legal reasons. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise. Disputes should first be resolved amicably; if not, they may be submitted to a court with jurisdiction over our place of incorporation, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring claims in your local courts.

本《使用条款》（以下简称「本条款」）是您与杭州哈喽同学网络科技有限公司（以下简称「我们」）之间，
就使用通过 Google Play 分发的海外 Android 版 Plan Together（一起做计划）
（包名：com.haloutongxue.reminder）所订立的协议，适用于中国大陆以外地区。
下载、访问或使用本应用，即表示您同意本条款；如不同意，请勿使用。
本条款不适用于中国大陆国内版或其他另行公示条款的平台。
一、账号
您可在 Android 上通过邮箱或 Google 登录使用本应用；绑定前可能提供访客模式。 请保证信息真实并妥善保管账号。账号仅限本人使用，不得出售、转让或用于滥用。 我们发现欺诈、滥用或违反本条款时，可暂停或终止服务。 您可在应用内删除账号，或通过 https://global.haloutongxue.com/account-deletion 申请删除。删除后，云端相关数据将在完成法定留存后删除或匿名化。
二、服务内容
本应用在 Android 上提供计划、任务、提醒、习惯、专注、统计、共享计划等相关功能，具体以应用内实际提供为准。 我们可能更新、调整或下线部分功能；重大变更将以合理方式告知。
三、订阅与 Google Play 购买
部分功能可能通过 Google Play 结算（经 RevenueCat 管理权益）以订阅或一次性购买方式提供。
- 价格、计费周期、试用（如有）以 Google Play 购买确认页为准；
- 订阅将自动续费，除非按 Google Play 规则取消；
- 请在 Google Play「付款与订阅」中管理或取消订阅；
- 退款适用 Google Play 退款政策，由 Google 按其规则处理。
四、用户行为
您不得将本应用用于违法、侵权、攻击系统、滥发信息或侵害他人权益的行为，并对账号下行为与内容负责。
五、内容与知识产权
您创建的内容归您所有；您授予我们仅为运营服务所必需的托管、同步与展示许可。 应用界面、品牌、代码与文档的知识产权归我们或权利人所有，未经书面许可不得擅自复制或商用（法律强制允许的除外）。

七、免责与责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，本应用按「现状」提供；我们不对间接损失、预期利益损失等承担责任， 亦不对超出合理控制范围的服务中断负责。强制性消费者保护等法律赋予您的权利不受本条款限制。
八、未成年人
未满 13 周岁（或您所在司法辖区要求的更高年龄）的用户，应在监护人同意与指导下使用本应用。
九、变更与终止
我们可能通过更新本页修订条款。继续使用即视为接受更新。严重违约或因运营/法律需要时，我们可暂停或终止服务。 您可随时停止使用并删除账号。
