本页用于申请删除 Plan Together / 一起做计划（海外版） 的应用账号及相关个人数据。 即使您已卸载 App，也可通过本页提交申请。开发者：杭州哈喽同学网络科技有限公司。
已安装 App 且已登录正式账号（非游客）时：打开「我的 → 删除账号」， 或「我的 → 账户信息 → 删除账号」，按提示确认即可。 游客账号请先绑定邮箱 / Google 后再删除。
一、站外申请删除（无需安装 App）
请使用您注册时使用的邮箱，向我们发送删除请求：

请在邮件正文中尽量提供：
- 用于登录的邮箱地址
- 登录方式（邮箱 / Google）
- 便于我们核验身份的其他信息（可选）
二、删除范围与时效
- 我们将删除您的应用账号及关联云端个人数据（计划、资料、同步数据等），而不是仅停用账号。
- 因安全、防欺诈或法律法规要求需留存的数据除外；留存规则见 隐私政策。
- 我们会在核实身份后尽快处理，通常在收到有效请求后 30 天内完成。
- 若您有生效中的订阅，删除账号不会自动取消商店订阅；请先在 Google Play / App Store 取消订阅。

Use this page to request deletion of your Plan Together (global edition) app account and associated personal data. You can submit a request even if you have uninstalled the app. Developer: Hangzhou Halou Tongxue Network Technology Co., Ltd.
If the app is installed and you are signed in with a registered (non-guest) account: go to Profile → Delete Account, or Profile → Account → Delete Account, then confirm. Guest users must first link email / Google.
1. Request deletion without the app

Please include:
- The email address used to sign in
- Sign-in method (email / Google)
- Any other details that help us verify ownership (optional)
2. What we delete and how long it takes
- We delete your app account and associated cloud personal data (plans, profile, synced content, etc.), not merely freeze the account.
- Data retained for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance is described in our Privacy Policy.
- After we verify your request, we aim to complete deletion within 30 days.
- Active subscriptions are not canceled by account deletion. Cancel them in Google Play or the App Store first if needed.
